1. Processing Time

Turbo Yadom:

This item is made in small production batches. While most orders ship within 3–5 business days, rare delays of up to 2 weeks may occur during high-demand periods. You’ll be notified immediately if your order is affected.
All Other Products:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

If ordered on this website, we will deliver across Thailand via trusted couriers such as KEX, Flash Express, and Thailand Post.

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (after dispatch)
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location. We offer free shipping on select products and promotional events.

4. Delivery Issues

If your item is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with the shipping provider.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship only within Thailand. For special international requests, please contact us directly.
