Due to the nature of our product as a personal inhaler accessory, we do not accept returns or refunds for any opened or used items.
1. No Returns on Opened Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been unsealed, opened, or used. This is to ensure that all customers receive unused, uncontaminated items.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or refund only if the product has not been used and is still in its original, unopened packaging.
Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
3. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
