1. Our content and designs

All material on printify3d.store — including text, graphics, photographs, 3D models and previews, logos, page layout, code and the look and feel of the Site — is owned by Printify Thailand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, design and other intellectual property laws. Our product designs, including Turbo Yadom and TwinTap, and any related drawings, CAD files and inventions are our intellectual property and may be the subject of registered or pending rights.

2. Trademarks

"Printify Thailand", "Printify3D", "Turbo Yadom", "TwinTap", "Build A Bot" and our logos are trademarks or trade names used by us. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Printify Thailand is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Printify, Inc. (printify.com). All third-party names and marks (e.g. marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop) belong to their respective owners.

3. Limited license to use the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Site for legitimate purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our products and services. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from our content or designs without our written consent, except as allowed by law.

4. Content you upload

When you upload logos, artwork, 3D files or other materials ("Your Content") for a quote or custom production, you keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, modify (only as needed for production) and use Your Content for the purpose of preparing quotes and producing and delivering your order.

You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have all necessary rights and licenses to it, and that producing it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, design right, patent or other rights. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

5. Content we will not produce

We may refuse, and you must not submit, any content that is counterfeit, infringes others' IP, is unlawful, or is designed to deceive (for example, replicas of protected brands without authorisation). We are not obliged to verify rights in Your Content and may rely on your warranties above.

6. Reporting infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on the Site, or an item we have produced, infringes your rights, email contact@printify3d.store with: (a) your name and contact details; (b) identification of the work or mark you own; (c) the specific material or product at issue; (d) a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised; and (e) confirmation that the information you provide is accurate. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content or stop production.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions about our products or Site, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
