1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at printify3d.store (the "Site") and any products, 3D printing and custom manufacturing services we provide ("Services"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Who we are

The Site and Services are operated by Printify ("Printify", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship owned by Mr. Pawin Jirasuntornsiri and registered as an e-commerce business with Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD), Ministry of Commerce.

Registered address: 289/17 Bang Chueak Nang Road, Bang Chueak Nang Sub-district, Taling Chan District, Bangkok, Thailand. DBD e-commerce registration approved 15 August 2025, valid until 15 August 2030; you can verify it on the DBD Registered public record. Contact: contact@printify3d.store.

3. Products and services

We offer multi-color, multi-material, FDM and resin 3D printing, custom manufacturing, branded/bulk production, and original products such as Turbo Yadom and TwinTap. Product photos, 3D previews and descriptions are illustrative; 3D-printed parts have inherent tolerances and minor variations in color, finish, dimensions and layer lines are normal and not defects.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). Instant online quotes and 3D-preview pricing are non-binding estimates generated from the information and files you provide. Final pricing is confirmed by us in writing before production begins and may change if your files, materials, quantities or requirements differ from the estimate. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties.

5. If our estimate turns out to be wrong

Our quote is generated automatically from the file you upload (see section 13), so it can occasionally be materially wrong — for example where a model's wall thickness, internal geometry or support requirements only become clear once we prepare it for production.

If, after you have paid, we find that the correct price differs from the amount you paid by more than 20%, we will contact you before we start printing:

• If the correct price is lower — we refund you the difference automatically. You do not need to ask for it.
• If the correct price is higher — we will tell you the corrected price and explain why it changed. We will not take any further payment without your express agreement. You may either (a) approve the additional amount, or (b) cancel the order and receive a full refund of everything you have paid.

If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of contacting you, we treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.

Differences of 20% or less are absorbed by us: the price you paid stands, in both directions. We will not revise a price once production has started, and we will not revise the price of the same order more than once.

This clause does not limit your rights under Thai consumer protection law, including any right you have to cancel under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (2002).

6. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (e.g. by email). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a file is unprintable, a price was clearly wrong, or stock is unavailable — and will refund any amount already paid for that order.

We accept payment via PromptPay and through the marketplaces where we sell (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). We do not collect or store your card or bank credentials; PromptPay payments are processed by your own banking app. Production typically begins after payment is received.

7. Custom and branded orders

For custom, branded or bulk orders you are responsible for the files, logos, artwork and instructions you submit. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's rights (see our IP & Trademarks page). We may refuse any content we believe is unlawful, infringing or offensive. Minimum order quantities, lead times and production tolerances apply and will be confirmed with your quote. Because custom items are made to your specification, they are generally non-returnable except where defective.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage promptly.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

If a product is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate, consistent with your rights under Thai consumer protection law. Made-to-order and custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started, and are not refundable except for defects. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, upload malware, or use our Services to produce anything unlawful, dangerous, weapon-related, counterfeit or infringing. We may suspend access or refuse orders for breach of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

All content, designs and trademarks on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your rights and obligations regarding our IP and the content you upload are set out on our IP & Trademarks page.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that quote estimates will exactly match final pricing. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

13. AI-assisted content and automated estimates

Parts of this Site — including its design, code, written content, 3D previews and product visualisations — were produced or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Our instant quote engine also generates pricing, print time, weight and shipping figures automatically from the files and settings you provide.

All such AI-generated and automatically calculated output is provided for general information and as a non-binding estimate only. It may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, and no figure shown by the quote engine constitutes a binding offer. Final specifications, pricing and lead times are always confirmed by a person before production begins, and the confirmed quote prevails over anything shown automatically on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for reliance on AI-generated content or automated estimates that we have not confirmed in writing. If anything on the Site appears inaccurate, please tell us at contact@printify3d.store so we can correct it.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from content you submit for custom production or from your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes take effect when posted here.
