Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Printify Thailand ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use printify3d.store, request a quote, place an order or contact us. We handle personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

2. Data controller

The data controller is Printify, a sole proprietorship owned by Mr. Pawin Jirasuntornsiri, registered as an e-commerce business with Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD).

3. Personal data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email address, phone or LINE ID.
  • Order information: products, quantities, body colors, add-ons, quote details, delivery address and order history.
  • Files you upload: 3D models (e.g. STL, OBJ, 3MF), logos and artwork submitted for quoting or custom production, plus any notes you provide.
  • Payment confirmation: the fact and amount of a PromptPay/marketplace payment. We do not collect or store your card numbers or banking credentials — payments are processed by your bank or the marketplace.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, web form or social media.
  • Technical & usage data: basic information such as IP address, browser/device type and pages viewed, collected automatically by our hosting and any analytics.

4. How we collect it

We collect data directly from you (forms, the quote engine, email and social media), automatically when you browse the Site, and from the marketplaces where you buy from us (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to the extent they share order details.

5. Why we use it and our legal bases

  • To provide quotes, products and services and fulfil orders — performance of a contract.
  • To communicate with you about quotes, orders and support — contract / legitimate interests.
  • To run and improve the Site and prevent misuse — legitimate interests.
  • For marketing (e.g. updates or promotions) — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with the following categories of recipient, who act as our processors or as independent controllers where the law says so:

  • Hosting — Hostinger, which hosts this Site and keeps standard server logs.
  • Analytics — Google LLC (Google Analytics), only where you have consented (see section 8).
  • Order & email delivery — form submissions are delivered to us via FormSubmit.
  • Content delivery networks — for 3D and file-handling libraries used by the Site.
  • Shipping couriers and the marketplaces you order through.
  • Payment facilitators — your own bank, via PromptPay.
  • Professional advisors or authorities, where required by law.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside Thailand — in particular Google LLC (analytics, United States) and our hosting and content-delivery providers, which operate globally. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPA, including relying on the provider's own contractual safeguards.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use two different kinds of storage, and you control the second one.

a) Strictly necessary — no consent needed. The Site stores a small amount of data in your browser's local storage so it can function. This stays on your device and is not used to track you across other websites:

  • Language preference — remembers whether you chose English or ไทย.
  • Theme preference — remembers light or dark mode.
  • Your recent order references — stored locally so the tracking page can show them again.
  • Saved quote presets and form details — so you do not have to retype print settings or your name.
  • Sign-in token — keeps you signed in to your account area.
  • Your cookie choice — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics.

b) Analytics — only with your consent. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example which pages are popular). It sets cookies such as _ga and _gid, which are not strictly necessary. These are switched off by default and are only enabled if you press “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and any existing ones are cleared. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC, which acts as our processor; data may be processed outside Thailand (see section 7).

Changing your mind. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser's privacy settings, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit. You can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting and third-party assets. Our host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, for security and reliability. Some assets (for example 3D and file-handling libraries) load from third-party content delivery networks, which may log the request in order to serve the file. These are necessary for the Site to operate and are not used for advertising.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Uploaded design files are retained to support your order and reprints, and removed on request where we have no legal reason to keep them.

10. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to conditions in the law, you may request to: access and obtain a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; delete or anonymise data; restrict or object to processing; receive/port your data; and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email contact@printify3d.store. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. AI and automated processing

We use AI-assisted and automated tools to run the Site and to prepare quotes — for example to read an uploaded 3D file and estimate print time, material usage, weight and price. These tools produce estimates only. We do not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you by automated means alone: every order is reviewed and confirmed by a person before production begins.

We do not sell your uploaded design files, and we do not use them to train publicly available AI models. Files are used to quote, produce and support your order as described in this policy.

13. Children

Our Services are not directed at children under the age required for valid consent under the PDPA. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

14. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
